Cancellation Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may cancel it. Please contact the store if you will be late. If you arrive after your scheduled time, your service time will be shortened.

Cancellation fees

1-9 people. 0% cancellation fee until 5 PM the day before (however...).For reservations on Thursdays or the day after our regular closing day, please make your reservation by 5 PM two days prior.

Any changes in the number of people or cancellations after that point will incur a 100% charge for the food.
